$50 I9 VERIFICATION 

Do you need an Authorized Representative?

 The I9 does not allow electronic signatures from the employee or from the Authorized Representative

The employee must sign the form in the presence of the Authorized Representative.

1. Copy of I9 form is provided below.  You can fill it out online or print it off and do by hand. 

2. Section 1: Will be completed by the employee

3. Section 2: Will be completed by the Authorized Representative 

4. I can print the document for you if completed online

5. I can then meet with you in person to review your required identification and obtain your wet signature.

Acceptable Identification

 As a Texas Notary, I can only accept IDs that follow the requirements listed below:

• The ID must be unexpired

• The ID must contain both a photograph of the signer's face and their signature

• The ID must be one of the following:

• U.S. state-issued ID

• U.S. federal-issued ID

• Government-issued IDs from U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa

$45 General Mobile Notary Fees 

Traveling fee includes one free seal, and up to two signers.
